Our Commitment to Accessibility

CADMEN Clinic is committed to providing a welcoming, accessible, and barrier-free experience for everyone who visits our clinics or uses our website. We are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner, and we strive to do so in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 ("AODA") and the Ontario Human Rights Code. We provide medical-grade hair restoration and aesthetic services — not returnable products — so this page sets out our commitment to accessibility and accommodation rather than any return or refund policy.

Assistive Devices

You are welcome to use your own assistive devices while visiting our clinics to access our services. If a barrier prevents you from using an assistive device on our premises, please speak with a member of our team and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Communication

We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take their disability into account. On request, we will provide information about our services and treatments, including booking and consent materials, in an accessible format or with communication support, and we will work with you to determine what works best.

Service Animals & Support Persons

People with disabilities are welcome to be accompanied by a guide dog or other service animal in the areas of our clinics that are open to the public, except where excluded by law. A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person is welcome to have that person with them while accessing our services.

Notice of Temporary Disruptions

If there is a planned or unexpected disruption to facilities or services usually used by people with disabilities (for example, an elevator outage at one of our locations), we will provide notice that includes the reason for the disruption, its anticipated duration, and a description of any alternative arrangements, where possible.

Accommodation & Requesting Support

If you require an accommodation to book or attend an appointment, please let us know in advance and we will make every reasonable effort to meet your needs. You can reach us before your visit so we can prepare. Our Toronto clinic is located at 240 Queen St W, Floor 2, Toronto, ON M5V 1Z7.

Training

Members of our team who interact with the public are trained on how to provide accessible service and to interact with people with a range of disabilities, consistent with AODA requirements.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on how we provide accessible service. You can share feedback, request an accessible format of this statement, or ask about accommodations by contacting us at info@cadmenclinic.ca or (416) 551-1137. We will review all feedback and respond as soon as we reasonably can. This accessibility statement is available in an accessible format upon request.
